Have a Safe journey in auto...

With two of my friends i went to have Hyderabadi biriyani on the eve of Durga puja. Wah... what a delicious delight :-) And on top of that the special sweety 'Double ka meetha'. Had a wonderful lunch and looking for a share auto to get into and return home...

We boarded the auto and within seconds the heart had started beating faster and faster as the speed of the auto was increasing. The auto just shook me when the driver was trying to overtake a pulsar rider...

"Bhaiya, thoda dhire chalo"... i screamed... This was not because of the fear for this instance, but because of the irritation i have developed from past experiences with auto rickshaw people. Some of the things which i have not liked about these people/system:
- Loud music in the auto; very noisy for people sitting at the back.
- Driving fast as if they are in a race.
- Commenting girls sitting in another auto or walking on the road (not all the auto drivers do this).
- Rude behavior of some of them towards customers.

The first day i was in the city, had a bitter experience with this system. i was sitting on the front cabin of the auto on the left side of the driver. At one point of time at a junction the driving was as such that i found the rickshaw in from of a mini truck, which just saved us by some fraction of seconds. And it was due to over confidence of that driver !!

They are free to drive their own way but as long we are there in their auto, i think they should drive as per us, in terms of conduct on the road. My dear friends, we have to speak it out to them without being indifferent towards our safety-at-their-hand. This will reinforce a good conduct on them and they would be cautious while drive.

At any point i don't want to see anyone loosing their life or getting hurt on an auto ride...

Have a Safe journey...

Lagan re-visiting in India

Date: 31-Jul-2012

From last week, there has been lot of unrest because of IAC movement and Anna Hazare joining on Fast-on-to-death along with Arvind Kejriwal and two of his other friends (learned later on that more than 100 people were their in the Fasting group). The country seems to be standing up again. And i felt during this period of time we (who feel for this movement) should be spreading message, provoking/urging people to stand up and be a part of solution...

This movement seems to me like an Up-gradation process to the country. If this fails we will go into a mode where this chance is not going to come to us very soon.

Arvind Ji said:
"This movement hasn't flopped. Those who r rejoicing it has flopped, r actually laughing over their loss as it is their own nation, their children have to live in it. Do they want to give them a super-corrupt nation ??
Nation gets very few chances like this to save it's fate. First Gandhi, then JP and now Anna has given us this chance. If Anna fails, nation wont get another chance for next 30 years."

And the worst part here is media is not covering it full-fledged as it seems they have been instructed to do so.

i am feeling the need of the country Now is to spread these messages and awaken the fellow countrymen and strengthen the spirit of the movement 'at the least'. May be we need to do it for some more time until the country gets its due of a good law in forms of Lokpal Bill or something better to handle the situations around.

i had started putting messages on Face book and it seems people are responding to it. i have put below message:

Vande Maataram,
Dear fellow country men & women, now the country needs our status updated as supporters of the struggle for a better India - our country. A lot of people have put their life at stake for us and our future generations. Let us stop uploading our photos or entertaining anything else than strengthening the spirit of the movement. We have these forums to raise our voice and keep praying through it...

Let us stand for - India Against Corruption. Let us keep posting/updating/uploading anything to do with IAC.

A wonderful response has come as below:

It is not that people do not understand or do not want the things to change. In fact they themselves are victims of corruption but they have adopted the attitude of convenience. So long as they are beneficiary through corruption, they prefer to keep mum, and if aggrieved then start blaiming the whole world as hopeless but doesnt have that courage to stand against it openly. Believe me they are always the silent admirers of your efforts to fight against corruption and soon will realize that This is for their own good and shall definitely join you. See the experience of "LAGAN", Bhuvan alone started and he got the team in due course. So NEVER EVER GIVE UP.

And a few words for those who are sufferers but still not comming forward to fight for right. IF you are ill, you yourself have to swallow the medicine pill, there is no BLUE TOOTH PILL that can be swallowed by others and you get the curing result. SO THINK WHERE YOU STAND & BE THE PART OF THIS BATTLE FOR YOUR OWN SURVIVAL.
